The design of Schooner Cove balances Cape Cod comfort with the clean lines of West Coast architecture. Curved timber details at the entry and oceanfront patio mimic the shapes of the islands on the horizon, creating a subtle connection to place.

Before the build began, an existing home was carefully demolished to prepare the site for construction.
