TS Williams was founded by Taran Williams, who has spent over three decades building custom homes across Central Vancouver Island. His approach to every build remains consistent. He stays closely involved, communicates with you at every stage, and carries a high-level of craftsmanship into every home from early planning to completion.
That approach continues today. The team remains intentionally small and works with a curated group of professionals who have collaborated across multiple builds. This consistency supports clear communication, shared expectations, and the level of coordination required for complex homes.
How We Work
We build a limited number of homes each year across Nanaimo, Lantzville, Nanoose Bay, Parksville, and Qualicum Beach. That allows for closer involvement throughout the build. Progress is reviewed on site, decisions are made as conditions change, and details are addressed as they come up.

Each trade is selected based on their area of expertise. The same group is brought in across projects, creating familiarity and accountability throughout the build.

The home and surrounding landscape are considered together. Grading, materials, and outdoor spaces are integrated into the build so everything functions as a cohesive whole.
