The curved side retaining walls allow additional accessibility to the home’s 4 car garage. Locally sourced cedar siding, stonework and timber features creates a natural timeless appeal.

Inside the Cantilever, interesting architectural lines are highlighted by timber beams and posts. The kitchen section of the home acts as a bridge corridor providing covered outdoor spaces below, and connecting the two wings of the residence. The Cantilever hosts 3 separate suites, each with their own walk-in closet and ensuite. Guests are given the opportunity for complete privacy from the remainder of the home.

Transom windows, shaded by the home’s generous roof overhangs, allow ambient light to brighten the home. The home’s insultation and windows/doors were chosen to withstand the harsh elements of this mountain top exposure.
